Mr. Evgeny Tomikhin, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Kingdom of Thailand, on the occasion of paying a courtesy call on the President of the Constitutional Court in the event of holding his tenure in the Kingdom of Thailand, at Office of the Constitutional Court, the Government Complex.
